I as well was suprised to not see much input on the site. I'm not a major reader of literature, but I do like to follow the women of faith book selections. My father's girlfriend meets with a group of women monthly to have coffee and discuss their book of selection for the month. I thought how nice so I joined this club. My husband gave me a kindle fire for a Christmas gift, which I'm so enjoying. Anyhow, I read the Februay book "This Thing of Ours". What a powerful example of committement. Currently in a Women's Bible Study "The Excellent Wife" and it has provided much support to this study and my marriage of faith and committment. Look forward to more book selections.

i've just joined! nice meeting everyone... looking forward to sharing and hearing more.... Btw, check out this book! Polishing God's Monuments. a story about young woman whos battling a rare disease. Story told by the father( Pastor Jim) i've just recently read them. Only available in ebook version for updated/expanded version in 2012 though: http://www.jim-andrews.org/

I have also been disappointed that there is no activity on the book club site. I am currently still reading the March book club pick. I posted about the Feb. pick which was excellent. Let's keep it going.

Christina, I have read it months back when incourage did their book club reading on the book. Finishing up a Kelly Minter book, The Fitting Room right now. I am wanting to go back & reread What Women Fear & was excited when I saw it was the book of the month here, I have never done the book club here.
I admit I was disappointed when I logged in & did not find much activity anywhere on the site.
I would like to read it & share with others... anyone else interested?
